Saúde in the City is a wellness space in the heart of Lisbon, designed for independent practitioners to rent professional rooms for therapy, coaching, bodywork, and wellness services. We provide the environment - you provide your unique expertise.

2. Do you offer therapy or wellness services directly?

No. Saúde in the City is a space rental hub - we do not provide services ourselves. All practitioners working here are independent and responsible for their own bookings, licensing, and insurance.

3. How can I book a session with a practitioner?

You can visit our Practitioners page to view profiles. Each listing includes their contact information and/or website so you can connect directly to schedule your session.

4. I’m a practitioner - how can I rent a room?

Simply visit our Book a Room page to explore our spaces, packages, and rates. From there, you can contact us to confirm availability and arrange a viewing.

5. What’s included in the room rental?

All rooms include:

High-speed Wi-Fi
Air conditioning
Access to kitchen facilities (fridge, microwave, kettle)
Waiting area for clients
Use of shared common spaces
Optional listing on our website for client visibility

6. Do I need an ERS license to rent a room?

If your service requires ERS licensing under Portuguese law (e.g., certain medical or health professions), you must hold your own valid ERS registration. Saúde in the City itself does not provide services and therefore does not require ERS licensing.

7. Can I rent for just a few hours?

Our rentals are offered in full-day or monthly packages. Hourly bookings may be available for certain rooms — contact us for details.

8. Is there an application process to become a practitioner at Saúde in the City?

Yes. All prospective practitioners must go through an application process before renting a room. This includes providing proof of licensing (if your profession requires ERS or other legal registration in Portugal), valid insurance coverage, and any other credentials relevant to your field. We also ensure each practitioner aligns with the collaborative, professional, and respectful environment we cultivate at Saúde in the City.

10. Where is Saúde in the City located?

We are centrally located in Lisbon, easily accessible by public transport. The exact address will be provided upon booking confirmation.

11. Can I host workshops or group events?

Yes! We have the Serenity Room (our group/yoga space) and other adaptable rooms that can be booked for events and workshops. Check the Events & Workshops page for inspiration or contact us to discuss your event needs.
