Join us every Tuesday at 6:30 PM for Women’s Hatha Vinyasa Yoga — a 60-minute practice designed to restore balance, strength, and inner calm. Each session begins with 40 minutes of gentle Hatha Vinyasa flow, combining breath and movement to enhance flexibility, stability, and body awareness. We then transition into 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative guided meditation that invites total relaxation and renewal. This class offers a nurturing space to reconnect with yourself, unwind from daily stress, and cultivate lasting well-being.
