A Summer Wellness Experience for Teen Girls
A one-week wellness and empowerment experience designed for girls ages 12–15 navigating the teen years.
Hosted at Saúde In The City, this small-group summer program blends movement, creativity, emotional wellness, confidence-building, and meaningful connection in a supportive and engaging environment.
Throughout the week, participants will explore topics including:
