This five-week prenatal program is designed to support you and your partner through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period with clarity, confidence, and emotional support. Led by Joanna fernandes, a nurse and midwife in maternal and obstetric health, this program offers practical guidance grounded in real-life experience within the Portuguese healthcare system.
Each Saturday session focuses on a different stage of the journey, helping you feel informed, prepared, and supported - not overwhelmed.
