About the event
This free group class is open to all levels. Every class starts with a short meditation or pranayama (breathing techniques) before stretching the body.
Then comes a few sun salutations, some sequences of asanas (yoga postures) and savasana (relaxation) with often some essential oils and neck and head massage.
