Brainspotting in Practice: A Therapist Community Talk

Join Magda The for an intimate, in-person community event designed for therapists who are curious, relational, and interested in expanding their clinical lens.

This 90-minute session will explore Brainspotting as a therapeutic approach - beginning with a clear and accessible overview of the theory, followed by experiential demonstrations that help bring the method to life. Rather than focusing on “lived experience,” this segment offers guided exercises and demonstrations so participants can better understand how Brainspotting is structured, experienced, and integrated into clinical work.

The final portion of the event is intentionally slower and social. We’ll share healthy snacks and refreshments while creating space to connect, exchange ideas, and meet other therapists working in Lisbon.
