Yoga at Home

Private and Group Yoga

In a private session, Blandine can fully customize the class to meet your specific needs, wants, and level. Each session starts with a brief meditation or pranayama (breathing techniques) to help relax the mind and focus on the present moment. This is followed by some stretching exercises and a few rounds of sun salutations. Then, Blandine leads the individual through a series of yoga postures tailored to their ability and goals. The class usually ends with savasana (relaxation), where essential oils, neck, and head massages are often included to enhance the relaxation experience.

Small Group Sessions (5 people, 1hr)

Blandine offers group yoga classes that cater to all levels and are held in person in Lisbon. Each class begins with a brief meditation or pranayama session, followed by stretching exercises. The class then moves on to a series of sun salutations, yoga postures, and savasana relaxation techniques, often accompanied by the use of essential oils and neck and head massage.

Tween and Teen Yoga

These classes are where we explore the body's natural movements through yoga, honouring its changes and capabilities. Learning to cultivate respect for our bodies while challenging ourselves to grow. Exploring the potential of the mind to help us, not hinder us, at times of likely stress. Crafting the space to remain curious and sustain a joyful outlook as we get caught up in "adulting".

A weekly Yoga Class for 12-14 year olds.

Every Monday at our Wellness Centre in Lisbon

Drop in 15€ per class or €50 for a pack of 4 classes (valid for four weeks)

Pregnancy Yoga

Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga classes offer a space for expecting mothers to connect with their body, mind, and baby. The class structure includes a small tune-in, a breathing technique, and various postures and dynamic exercises that aim to provide connection, strength, and flexibility. The class ends with a guided relaxation to help mothers feel calm and grounded.

Postnatal yoga classes offer a holistic approach to postpartum recovery, providing new mothers with the support, strength, and relaxation they need as they adjust to life with a  baby.
