About me.

I believe in a holistic and integrative approach to mental health and well-being. Through my own

journey of healing and self-discovery I realized that there is no such thing as a "one size fits all"

approach.

We need to integrate the MIND | BODY | VIBRATION.

My life's mission is to bring tools and understanding to those who wish to live a happier, healthier

and more balanced life. When I needed help the most in my life I did not know where to turn, or who

to ask for help, and I want to make myself visible & available to those who need me. Ultimately I

want to help people realise they are not alone, help them better understand themselves and to live a

more authentic life of accountability, truth, connection and creativity.

Jenna has been working with clients for 6 years as a psychotherapeutic counsellor. Jenna is a trained Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, who specializes in working with women seeking a deeper understanding of who they are, how they can evolve, and what is holding them back.

 

Talking therapy is a wonderful tool no matter where you are on your healing journey.

So often we keep things inside fearful of what someone might think, we might people please or edit to fit in. Through spending some time investigating with compassion and curiosity how you show up in the world, and why that is, we will begin to ascertain what areas might need adjusting, what elements are hiding in the shadows, and what tools and approaches are going to support you to live a more rewarding life. I offer a strong container where all parts of you are welcome, where we will build a relationship based on trust, as we slowly unpick and discover more of who you are, and why you are.

 

Somatic Activated Healing

In Person / Online

Somatic Activated Healing (SAH Method) is a movement-based practise centralised around releasing

emotions and the felt sense. Through the use of meditation, breath, repetitive movement, free movement, and affirmation, we are working to release stagnant energy in the body. In contrast to other modalities like psychotherapy, this is a “bottom-up” approach to healing, meaning we are using the body as the entry point and work from here to promote the healing of our entire organism.

As we release stagnant energy, we reduce triggers, we begin to relate differently to our stories, and we free up space for free energy to move through. We have to feel it to heal it and we can only feel it if we are in contact with our bodies. Through allowing ourselves to move freely and express ourselves we begin to shake off the shackles of “the norm” & the boxes we have consciously or unconsciously put ourselves into.

Sound Healing

In Person

Coined the “lazy man’s meditation” Sound Healing helps us drop into the Theta brainwave state. The

theta brainwave relates to the unconscious mind, the spiritual realms and meditation. Using specific frequencies and tones Jenna will begin to disturb energy blockages in the body. When energy becomes stagnated it becomes blocked, which means it has essentially stopped vibrating &

moving. By reintroducing frequencies and vibration into these blockages the energy can begin to

disperse, making room for free chi / prana / life force to flow freely through the body.

The JAM is the combination of a number of modalities and approaches; talk therapy, sound healing,

somatics, yoga, breathwork, meditation.
