About the event
Sound healing is a very supportive tool to use in conjunction with The SAH Method as it continues to encourage the movement of energy that has become stagnated or blocked in the body. It helps to drop the nervous system into the parasympathetic (rest and digest), and cocoons participants in a meditative state where they can come to rest and relax at the end of the movement session.
The sessions will start with grounding into the space with guided breath and meditation, then we will move for about 40mins and the remainder of the session will be receiving the sound healing, culminating in a soft arrival back into the space and time to share before departing back into the outside world.
Please note that these sessions will be for women only.
